Refund policy

• Someone buys after you: that’s the game, so no refund.
• Change of mind: no refund once your link is live. If you paid but your link never went live, you get a full refund.
• We remove your link for breaking the content rules: no refund. You accept the rules before you pay. The previous holder is restored and the price ladder does not roll back.
• Lost the race, duplicate payment or technical error: automatic full refund to the original payment method.
• Chargeback: the link is removed while disputed.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African law (ECTA/CPA).
